Another small #victory for me: I've finally managed to take care of my #knee pain. The doctor was okay and the MRI showed cartilage damage. Unfortunately, the doctor now wants to give me treatment that has been warned against (basically no significant effect on the knee pain with some risk for adverse events). I am just glad I've overcome my fear of going to the doctor. 🎉🎉🎉🥳🥳🥳

Finally got my ultrasound results for the knee
Inflammation in both tendon and ligament, Meniscus shift, and
MCL and meniscus tears grade 1 or 2 need MRI to know more. Hopefully no surgery but need to wait for the MRI average wait time in Edmonton is about 18 weeks but can take up to 2 years. Meanwhile, I need to use an unloader brace 24/7 for at least 4 weeks which is not fun
