When catting/moring files whose lines wrap, it can be difficult to actually visibly separate the lines.

So anyway, I have a little #awk script I wrote in times long past that highlights alternating lines with white and green backgrounds, like an old green bar #LinePrinter paper. It’s not super useful but it’s a fun little thing.

I mean concepts like files, #processes, #IPC, pipes, blockig/nonblocking I/O and the like.
