Blocked by a river for #footpathfriday .
there was no following #LondonLOOP Section 11 back in May 2024 unless you could walk on water.
The River Colne decided to impose a lengthy diversion.

A footpath leads down a slope between round metal handrails. there is low vegetation on both sides and small trees. To the left is a tall wooden fence. To the right there is s river. At the bottom of the slope the path leads directly into the river which has overflowed its banks.

Essex bramble ramble for #FootpathFriday #LondonLoop

Close up on the left the tip of a bramble stem with several blackberries on it, the nearest is particularly plump and juicy. out of focus behind a faint path leads uphill across the grass with the tops of trees visible poking over the brow of the hill.

#Landscape with #trees near #Elstree on a #LondonLoop walk from Stanmore to Borehamwood.

Now my newly converted #fullspectrum #Olympus EM1ii has been paired with a #STC #590nm clip-in filter, I can start to test lenses for #IR. I'm very pleased with the PanaLeica 12-60mm f2.8-4 as many modern zooms seem to be poor at infrared.

This week a set of black and white images from a section of the #LondonLoop from #Stanmore to #Elstree.

I've recently had an #Olympus EM1ii converted to #fullspectrum and have just got a #590nm clip-in filter. The PanaLeica 12-60mm f2.8-4 turns out to be an excellent infrared choice.
