Blocked by a river for #footpathfriday .
there was no following #LondonLOOP Section 11 back in May 2024 unless you could walk on water.
The River Colne decided to impose a lengthy diversion.
4/5 Autumn
Here's one I took yesterday in pouring rain on a walk along the #londonloop near #Bexley.
Blog Post: London Loop Section 24, Rainham to Purfleet.
To quote Vicki Pipe, "It's really windy!" π

Blog Post: London LOOP Section 23, Upminster Bridge to Rainham. Windmills, pillboxes, a very slightly flooded river.

Final pictures before Thunderstorm came.
#LondonLOOP at Coney Hall, Hayes.

Blog post: London Loop Section 22, Harold Wood to Upminster Bridge.
Ancient grievances (not necessarily to be taken seriously) and hot afternoon sunshine.

Blog post: London Loop Section 21, Havering-Atte-Bower to Harold Wood.
Good = saw Bambi.
Bad = arsehole landowners.

Blog Post: London Loop Section 20, Chigwell to Havering-Atte-Bower. It was a bit warm.
This blog might even have some photos if Flickr ever fixes their problems, otherwise there is a link to Google Photos at the bottom of the post.

Blog post: London Loop Sections 18 and 19, Enfield Lock to Chingford to Chigwell. A walk that turned out much nicer than I could have anticipated.

Today I saw the #concept of a #fence.
It makes no effort to keep you out - just lets you know that you're not wanted.

#Landscape with #trees near #Elstree on a #LondonLoop walk from Stanmore to Borehamwood.
Now my newly converted #fullspectrum #Olympus EM1ii has been paired with a #STC #590nm clip-in filter, I can start to test lenses for #IR. I'm very pleased with the PanaLeica 12-60mm f2.8-4 as many modern zooms seem to be poor at infrared.

Anyone who doubts the lack of rain in SE England should visit Aldenham Reservoir which is on the #Londonloop.

There some very fine art-decoish houses close to Stanmore station on the path to join the #LondonLoop. I like to shoot architecture in #ir.

This week a set of black and white images from a section of the #LondonLoop from #Stanmore to #Elstree.
I've recently had an #Olympus EM1ii converted to #fullspectrum and have just got a #590nm clip-in filter. The PanaLeica 12-60mm f2.8-4 turns out to be an excellent infrared choice.
