Doing some tube coating experiments in Tacoma with my friend Dani Kaes. She has chemistry knowledge- helpful with these chemicals and decoding the old aqueous phosphor coat patents. After the third batch we had something that seemed to work pretty well- we shall see after further bakeout and illumination tests.
My favorite chemical of the bunch other than the glowy phosphor is the polyox- 1 % of this will turn the mix into a snot!
