Excluding #3iAtlas there are multiple #comets in our solar system right now, with 6 more incoming,...right on the anniversary of the #njdrones

...add 3iAtlas and the numbers get into crazy range.

So, the Trump administration said the drones over #NewJersey were "authorized by the Federal Aviation Administration for 'research and various other reasons.'”

Oh.

"US temporarily bans drones in parts of NJ, may use β€œdeadly force” against aircraft" by @arstechnica - At the time of the article 22 TFRs prohibiting drone flights in specific 1-nautical mile areas across NJ were issued. Since then another one, so far. FAA says use of deadly force is authorized to shoot down drones in those areas deemed to be a threat. The #drone Temporary Flight Restrictions (TFRs) in New Jersey all have text prohibiting most sUAS (small uncrewed aircraft systms) flights inside the TFR boundaries with exceptions for national defense, law enforcement, emergency responders, commercial flights already approved by FAA, flights covered under an FAA waiver for government operations. A separate "SGI waiver" is also required for flight in these TFRs. tfr.faa.gov/tfr2/list.html #NJdrones #JerseyDrones #aviation #pilot #avgeek

USπŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has issued 23 (and counting) Temporary Flight Restrictions (TFRs) in New Jersey prohibiting #drones within the TFR boundaries effective through January 17. All the pictures in #NJdrones / #JerseyDrones hysteria which show "things" with anti-collision lightsπŸ”΄πŸŸ’ should be interpreted as aircraft or drones which are not trying to hide. City-dwellers panicking about planets and stars in the night sky should be ignored/blocked without further thought. Hypothetical clandestine operations, whether foreign or criminal, would not have lights at all, but are still visible by infrared & radar. πŸ€” #aviation #pilot #avgeek

Ah cool, this drone hysteria is going to down a plane now......when you have a Government nobody trusts and media which prefers entertaining lies to real stories the silliness will kill people.

This is the world the Oligarchs prefer, of conspiracy theories and men making rash actions that harm everyone, 'freedom' they call it.

"Why is every picture of the New Jersey drones so bad?" by @verge - Phone camera photos at night are inevitably blurry because they're the wrong tool for that job. But they're the tool everyone has. Unrecognizable flying objects are mostly airplanes, some planets & stars. Some real drones, possibly more than before searching for answers to the hysteria. Non-avgeeks learning there's stuff to see in the sky. theverge.com/2024/12/18/243243 #JerseyDrones #NJdrones #drone #aviation #pilot #avgeek #WTF

A New Jersey drone just cut me off on the Garden State Parkway!

This story by @jasonkoebler
is the best thing I’ve read about the #njdrones story. It follows a similar pattern to events in Colorado in 2019/2020. In short this is what mass hysteria looks like.
