Cronometer now logging oxalate intake. I guess it is total, and not soluble?
Maybe this has been going on for a while and I just noticed it? I use the free version.
{ I input my kefir consumption for the whole day in the morning; that's why I have some alcohol listed and half my calories are gone already. }
Apparently #peanutbutter in excess can give you #FattyLiver. I have it for breakfast every day. This guy says it's due to #oxalates. You know what else has oxalates? #cyanotype formula containing #ferricammoniumoxalate like #mikeware's #newcyanotype formula. I'm sure it's not bad if you don't drink it or swim in it for a few hours. But I'm also aware that some #poison reactions are additive. I'm gonna be wearing #gloves from now on while using that stuff. I should have been from the getgo.
@fionen Naw. Not fascism. Just railing against big money and the insane MyPlate or FoodPyramid promoting lies about #nutrition for the past 50 years. Don't knock it until you've tried it. Have you tried it?! It worked for me when nothing else would. Cut the carbage (sugar) and see how your health improves. N=1.
#keto #carnivore #oxalates
Very helpful info here if you’re prone to developing kidney stones or want to avoid ever getting one (which should include pretty much everybody!)
“Given their oxalate content, how much is too much spinach, chard, beet greens, chaga mushroom powder, almonds, cashews, star fruit, and instant tea?”
