There is a car in #Vancouver on 29th ave near Skeena. It has a #ParkingTicket on its windshield.

It's dated February 16; today is April 16.

Only one ticket, and no tow for 3 months!?

The registered owner would have gotten a notice in the mail. If they had paid it on time due to getting the notice, they'd be getting a sweet deal: 3 months of parking for around $40-something dollars.

Soent yesterday morning in #CountyCourt representing myself against #ExcelParkingServices in an application to Set Aside a default judgement for a #parkingticket. Judge agreed that the order was irregular and made it clear Excel's claim was hogwash. Got my court costs, expenses, and loss of earnings back!

Really celar to me that the Government Parking Code of Practice needs to be implemented asap. Crap companies like #excel and the ropey #IPC need kixking into touch.
