Ça faisait bien 10 ans que je l'avais pas revu.
Et durant le visionnage, au sentiment de plaisir de retrouver cet univers s'est mêlé non pas de la nostalgie mais de la tristesse.
Tristesse à cause du sentiment très net que __jamais__ plus un film pareil ne sera fait 😞
C'est pas du "c'était mieux avant" hein, juste factuel : nous ne pouvons plus avoir ce type d'œuvres !

It's from Meditations on Middle-Earth, which i stumbled upon in the library. Full of interesting texts on #tolkien and his work by #ursulakleguin , #terrypratchett , #georgerrmartin and others. Especially interesting since it came out shortly before the movie-adaptions by #peterjackson . Good companion to reading the #lordoftherings to the kids.
