I'm obviously completely biased, but, if you are an educator teaching #Python and using #pygame / #pygamece, do check out #py5 (py5coding.org).

I'm sure other sprite & game stuff must be easier in pygame, but I'm adapting a #PyMunk example, and IMHO, events are so much easier in py5...

(I'll try post it here tomorrow, I should be doing something else, as usual...)

While working on a #pygamece project I've been finding GitHub Copilot to be an excellent assistant. Solo game development is challenging and having an assistant, especially one that knows #python and #pygame well, keeps me motivated! A plug for #pygbag and #itchio too.

El resultado fue "FELIZ EN LA NOCHE". Se trata de un juego desarrollado con , o mejor dicho en una semanita. Tenía pendiente publicar el código fuente y hablar sobre él:

huh, just learned about the #pygame #pygamece community situation. They forked. These are the fork project pages:

pypi.org/project/pygame-ce/

I have no idea how to judge which project is more active from the data that #github provides tbh.

Messing around making a dungeon generating algorithm using a BSP. Going off what I have read on RogueBasin (link below), took a bit of tweaking and I thought it might be nice to generate a visual representation of the graph, maybe when I have the dungeon's actually generating I can do a quick video of the process.
