I have a QSL confirmation request from a station that never stopped sending a signal report after I replied RR73. I did not log it since the other station didn't receive confirmation from me that I'd gotten their signal report.
So I was surprised to get the confirmation request. I can just email them and get the details to plug in on my side since I remember the exchange, but is there a standard protocol for this?

Some new #QSL cards I received this month.
Just discovered that the same is true for #VP8G... went through the complete process of filling in the form to request buro cards, and at the very last step was, without prior notice, asked to pay $2. As with #V55LA, there was also no mention of this fee on the #dxpedition web page (or on QRZ.com).
Just went to request a #QSL for the #V55LA #dxpedition last year. Filled everything out for OQRS (which took several minutes), and only then, when ready to hit "submit", was I told that they demand $2 for a buro card. Nothing on their site, or earlier in the process, warned that there would be any such fee.
Had they disclosed this fee, I would have saved time and effort by not working them, allowing someone who needs them and is willing to pay the fee to work them instead.

Is there an established convention for acknowledging a #QSL card sent by an #SWL??
I have received a QSL card from a very kind SWL who has correctly reported a #QSO between me and another station. They have requested acknowledgement of their reception report, but I don't know how to. Should I send them a QSL card with the details for my 2-way QSO but write on it that it was accurately received by the SWL??

so, a few months ago I got an email from the local ARRL Bureau for QSL cards, and they said I had some waiting, so I sent them the $3 and waited... lol
I just got the mail today, and oh my gosh, there has to be 30 to 40 QSL cards for the past 5 years here! 😮 this is going to take some time to catch up on, 😂
