Big news! I've added *light* and *dark* mode options to the Quarto Extensions listing.
Switch between modes effortlessly using the sun/moon button.
Another #Quarto + #RStats + Observable combination for Day 27 of the #30DayChartChallenge📊
Two heatmaps to illustrate the prompt of "Noise" - unsorted heatmaps look like random noise, (sensibly) sorted heatmaps are more likely to reveal patterns!
Porto uns dies provant #Quarto. Molt bones sensacions!!!

I’d like to create a (data-driven) cv with quarto. Is it possible to use existing templates from https://typst.app/ to achieve this?
Any pointers to how-to documentation or alternative procedures would be greatly appreciated!
If you use Quarto to make presentations for a professional setting, it is important to choose the right theme, e.g. https://github.com/EmilHvitfeldt/quarto-nes-theme #rstats #quarto #design #theme @Emil_Hvitfeldt
are you a fan of the amazing {targets}📦 by @landau ? are you a fan of my {rix} 📦? Then you might want to check out {rixpress}, a new 📦 still in dev that makes it easy to define reproducible analytical pipelines with steps in either #Rstats, #Python or #Quarto: https://github.com/b-rodrigues/rixpress
The solar-powered Quarto project is making progress. The pre-render python script to dither and downsize images works :).
Context:
Quarto is a scientific/ technical publishing system. Among other things, it allows you to create static websites from a mixture of R/ Python/ Julia/ ObservableJS and Markdown. I'm trying to create a Quarto setup for a static website with a very minimal footprint to run on a small solar-powered server.
#30DayChartChallenge Day3 – Circular. Total cat and dog rescues by the London fire brigade. 📊🐈🐶🚒
Cats get lost in summer, dogs need help all year round (although far less).
Sticking with the same little data set to test out #ObservableJS Plot and #Python in #Quarto. If you want to make interactive charts and used to python, this is a great option. Full code: https://lnkd.in/ee9juNJq
Nicole Rennie wrote a great blog on Observable for R users, so I finally gave it a go https://nrennie.rbind.io/blog/observable-r-users/
Looking for tips on how to love #julialang Pluto.jl. So many people enjoy it and I just don't get it. Likely just me as I also dislike #Jupyter notebooks and prefer the "see all and be reproducible" style of #RMarkdown and #Quarto. Why F1 to see keyboard shortcuts. Why clunky Path/URL navigation?
