Just came back from beautiful Tbilisi, Georgia, where we just spent a week. Fascinating city with amazing food and so kind and helpful people.
They speak Georgian, English and Russian.
I thought they would frown upon russian speaking people (because of 2008), but that was not at all the case.
Younger people mostly didn't speak Russian, even those with service professions, so we had to fallback to English. With the older people (~40 and above) I got to practise Russian a bit.
