Funny that Sutton's Bay is like 30 miles away from #Charlevoix as the crow flies, but it's an hour and a half drive by car because of the bay. I literally just called the #SuttonsBay Chamber of Commerce just to verify: The triple masted schooner "Alliance" will be in #Charlevoix on Wednesday for a Camp McSauba event, then in Sutton's Bay (on the #Leelanau Peninsula) Friday for a PUBLIC event 4 to 7 pm. Built in 1995, it has now made the 3000 mile journey from #Yorktown, #Virginia to its new home in Grand Traverse.
