Das wird nicht gut werden - ich glaube so langsam muss ich doch #Strava für das Fahrradtracking durch was anderes ersetzen. Geoactivity Playground funktioniert für die Datenanalyse, aber der Radcomputer synct nur nach Strava. Grumpf.
Today’s #training was an #EasyRun, during which I tried to focus on keeping it easy and breathing through my nose (the latter one wasn’t that easy, though).
Leaving #Strava, a service I've used every day for 8 years has been hard. It's incredibly useful. But uploading data of all my activity, where I am etc to US servers?
Hard nope.
A super chill (in both effort and temperature) recovery 4 miles this morning. No snow, no trees down, the storm appears to have skipped the area entirely.

Back to the regular 2 lap course at Prom this evening, in the cold and wind and rain (Storm Goretti didn't make any difference, it's usually like this).
Not my slowest of the series, but slower than I wanted - mentally just wasn't up for racing tonight. Started out OK but apathy (and a fair few runners) overtook me.
Just about managed to keep it faster than half marathon pace (today should have been 7 miles at half marathon pace), even with a slightly bubbly stomach in the last km.

#strava 今天和家人晚饭后散步3.8km， 历时55分钟。
休息半小时后，我又绕小区跑了一圈儿，2.23km, 历时15分41秒。配速7:01/km，虽然不是多么好的成绩，但我还是有点得意。上一次跑同样路线，配速是 7:56呢！

It is Wednesday, and club is back this evening! But I moved my #tracktuesday workout to today, so headed out to the railway path hoping that it had been salted and that the commuters had broken up any ice.
The workout was 2 reps of 3 miles, targeting between 20:18 and 20:54 per rep. I got through the first mile of the first mile with no ice, then on the other side of Staple Hill tunnel it was sheet black ice across the full width of the path for at least 400m (as far as I could see).
So I turned around, came back the way I came and shuttled up and down the un-iced part of the path to get the session in. This gave me a handy downhill for the majority of the second rep and I finished with 20:33 and 20:30, rounding up to 11 miles for the full run.
Still watching the forecast for tomorrow to see whether Prom will be on and whether or not I can get there and back safely with #StormGoretti moving in.
