Australian piano trio The Necks have a new album out today, Bleed. What do people think of it? It's much quieter and less rhythmic than I expected. I'd been listening to Morton Feldman's "Patterns in a Chromatic Field" and going from one to the other is a surprisingly smooth transition.
For anyone looking to try out this fantastic band, I'd recommend Body (2018) to start. (Or this one, if you like Morton Feldman.)
