An opinion / Observation ... 😉

🇬🇧 Since the middle of the 90s, I saw automobile drivers become more agressive and dangerous. Everyday, I see horrors on the roads in Quebec. 🚗 It has become very dangerous ... 🤕
At a time when gentleman tobacco pipe smokers were at the wheel, things were much more pleasant on our roads. 🧐

People took their time, the metro, the bus or train.

I miss these times!

🇫🇷 Depuis le milieu des années 90s, je remarque une poussée en intensité du comportement agressif des conducteurs. Tous les jours, je suis témoin d'horreurs sur la route au Québec. 🚗 C'est rendue très dangereux ... 🤕
Au temps ou les hommes fumaient la pipe à tabac au volant, les gentleman étaient beaucoup plus présent sur nos routes 🧐

Les gens prenaient leur temps, le métro, l'autobus, le train.

Ça me manque!

I miss smoking my pipe, but I haven't been able to afford tobacco for several years now. These are a couple of briar pipes I carved about 20 years ago.

For the #tobaccoPipe curious, I'd say that's a "3/4 bent billiard" #briar #pipe. Your tobacconist can set you up with a inexpensive briar "basket" pipe for about $30. Cobs are less expensive and smoke quite well.

Of course you can spend more if you find you like it.
