#پنجشیر؛ ۲۵ تن در بخش #مدیریت_حوادث آموزش دیدند

#ورکشاپ آموزشی شش‌روزه در بخش مدیریت حوادث و #انتقال_پول_نقد که از سوی #هلال‌احمر_افغانی، برای ۲۵ تن از کارمندان و رضاکاران در ریاست نمایندگی ولایت پنجشیر برگزار شده بود، با توزیع تصدیق‌نامه‌ها به پایان رسید.

هدف این ورکشاپ، ارائهٔ خدمات به‌موقع، مؤثر و مسلکی به افراد آسیب‌دیده در #حالات_اضطراری و حوادث طبیعی بود.

در این ورکشاپ، به #اشتراک‌کنندگان در مورد اقدامات عاجل و مؤثر در زمان وقوع حوادث، کمک‌رسانی به آسیب‌دیدگان و تطبیق طرزالعمل‌های انتقال پول نقد، به‌گونهٔ نظری و عملی معلومات مفصل ارائه شد.

A six-day #training_workshop on disaster management and #cash_transfer concluded with the distribution of certificates to 25 staff members and volunteers at the ARCS provincial branch in Panjshir Province.

The #purpose of the workshop was to ensure the timely, effective, and #professional delivery of services to affected people during disasters and emergency situations.

During the workshop, participants were provided with detailed #theoretical and #practical information on appropriate and rapid response measures during emergencies, assisting affected individuals, and standard procedures for cash transfer.

#Public_Health_in_Emergency: Training Workshop Launched for Staff

A five-day #training_workshop titled Public Health in Emergency was held at the central headquarters of the #ARCS for 30 male and female staff members from the #Health_Directorate to build their capacity.

Participants will receive comprehensive theoretical and practical training on the effective organization of health services during emergencies, #coordination among human resources and relevant departments, disease prevention strategies, and the fundamental principles of emergency response.

#Additionally, detailed discussions will be held on community engagement in emergencies, accountability, the safer access framework, cultural awareness, and other important professional concepts.

#Uruzgan: Two-Day Training Workshop on #Small_Business Management for 100 Participants Concludes

The #ARCS successfully concluded a two-day #training_workshop on small business and #marketing in Tarinkot, the provincial capital of Uruzgan, and Dehrawod District. The workshop was attended by 100 participants.

Participants received comprehensive and detailed information on the key steps to start a business, effective product marketing, building strong customer relationships, financial planning, and managing business risks.

Additionally, discussions were held on business innovations and the analysis of local market needs to help participants develop practical and effective plans to grow their businesses within their communities.

A two-day #training_workshop on news writing and videos recording during emergency situations has commenced for Information and Dissemination officers of the #ARCS from regional zones and provincial branches. The workshop was inaugurated in the presence the Society’s Vice President, Hafiz Azizur Rahman, and the Under-Secretary General for Operational Affairs, Mawlawi Rohullah Abdul Salaam.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, the Vice President welcomed the participants and emphasized that dissemination officers must #professionally collect, organize, and share information during emergencies to ensure the organization’s activities are clearly and effectively reflected to the public and relevant institutions.

Meanwhile, the Under-Secretary General for Operational Affairs underscored the importance of accurate and reliable reporting, describing it as one of the core responsibilities of the ARCS. He emphasized that provincial Dissemination Officers should strictly follow safety principles, professional standards, and necessary coordination while covering emergencies, noting that accurate information enhances public trust and strengthens coordination of humanitarian assistance.

Throughout the two-day workshop, participants will receive comprehensive professional training in news writing, photography, video recording, and key elements of emergency coverage.
