Still so happy with #winget on #windows. Finally a package manager. And with #UniGetUI (https://github.com/marticliment/UniGetUI) there even is an UI to use which allows to update with only one time granting elevated privileges.

This eased the pain of updating my windows box when I need it once in a while.

Browsing top #dotnet projects in GitHub, I've discovered #UniGetUI. A very good UI for almost all package managers in windows, like #WinGet, #Chocolatey and also for #PythoN's Pip, #NPM. Very handy since I don't use Windows very often.

Windows serves as my secondary OS, primarily for gaming and uhhhh... CD burning. Since I don't use it regularly, keeping everything updated can be challenging. Some of the programs I use are available in the Microsoft Store, but most are not.

UniGetUI is a good GUI for all the popular package managers. It supports Choclatey as well as WinGet, Microsoft's current attempt to provide their own non-store package manager.
