So this marks the end of our current #virtualjourney. It turned out that if you want to do this, you should count in about 2000€ for the transports and Nights alone.

On 25th, ill start the 'red' route and check out, if it get more problematic. So far I expect it to be more easy, but also much more boring. We will see!

Its done. After almost one month of daily work #japan had been reached.

What a nice thing. What a nice thing. And so soon, too. There is almost one week of spare time and easy enough time to not only fly back from #osaka but from #tokyo itself.
Whats left to do is to use the #shinkansen and do whatever we want to do!

Yeah. Still Korea. Nothing new so far. We take a #ferry by tomorrow for around 90€ .. But right now there is no need to hurry anymore.

In the End this is a Test run. Next year we probably wont have the time to relax here. So we rlly dont need to rush.

Its still somewhat unexpected that so far things just worked. They just worked out somehow.

Every big trouble from #ferry's to #borders had been solved. Many extra-days had been made and right now we could even stay in korea till monday.

Remember how I said, that I dont want to fly? LoL! This is the 3th time allready that a #ferry is not available, or we just need to fly no matter what.

We will fly from #weihai to #incheon for 103€ bucks last minute price. Thats .. fair. And 2 hours flight is bearable.

On incheon well spend another 50€ to stay here, or use the afternoon to go to seoul (30€ a night there)

We left #xian and started our 12h train Ride to #weihai. The ferry situation is still uncertain. We wont get any details right now :/

The train cost US 73€ plus 20€ for the night. But Its again a pretty long distance to travel...
#weihai will be the last stop in #china allready. Top bad that time is so limited. :/

As told we probably had a LONG night at #mounthua and gathered enlightnment by now: Get #vaccinated if you dont want to die!

With this out of the way we need to shuffle a bit with our flexiblity. Getting a ferry over to #korea is not thaat easy. All online platforms seems to had been cut off the systems?

So we have two options: Technical reasons. Or that there are no ferrys atm. Lets find out, lol. Tomorrow we'll head to #weihai or #yantai !

Thats what everyone in #xian told us back then. And .. we did it! At night. And after we came back we found out, people never actually did it. lol. We had been the first.

I want to do that again. So let's plan to do it again!

This evening I will arrive at #xian. Its been so long since I was there. And back then not coming back was just a bad thought that I don't wanted to allow myself.

I'll take myself 1-2 Days to go down the memory lane. Visit the placed I had been back then, as far as they still exists, and then continue to the area of #weihai.

Getting the ferry there is, as always, gambeling. But since an plane ticket is 'just' another 100$ ...

This evening we will chocho over to the beautifull #xian after having almost two interesting days in #urumtschi.

Booking tickets in china got SO-MUCH-MORE-EASY compared to back then! For 65€ we just got another hard sleeper, even last minute. And there plenty of trains to choose of as well. Amazing!
Another 24h and we reach #xian on the half time of our entire #journey.

I used to live in xian loong time ago. So I cant wait to see how much might had changed there.

Otherwise I start to get stomage ace because of the #ferry to korea. So far we had NO luck with ships at all.

Okay. 3th time that I write this post. Following the blog on thetripgoeson.com we got ourself some bus tickets in #almaty to bring us to #Urumqi. I would had loved to stay a bit on #khorgos but that seems to be just too risky for our shedule ..

20h bus of driving later, we should arrive at Urumqi tomorrow. At least its a sleeper bus.

Uff. Soo much stress with this part.
