Two nights ago I dreamt that Spouse and I returned home from a vacation to find our floors were full of holes roughly two inches wide. Spouse said, "No worries, I called the 2-Inch Hole Company."

I was, like, "But why is our floor full of 2-inch holes?"

And he said, "No idea, but if anyone figures it out, it'll be the 2-Inch Hole Company."

had a dream last night that i was doing IT in the Dune universe trying to rejoin a planet to the domain because some dipshit was messing around in the command prompt on a terraforming system. Paul Atreides was breathing down the back of my neck, demanding that i explain how it happened and if this somehow made us vulnerable to an attack

Last night I dreamt Taylor Swift was filming a music video around my village. She was dangling on a wire from a helicopter and flying around the village whilst singing, puzzling the onlookers. Also in the video was a muscular man running over the mountain, apparently in a race with Taylor. Seemed a bit unfair as she had a helicopter and she cheated.

I've been playing too much FromSoftware games. I had a dream where I went to an academy, kind of like Hogwarts, but it's for warriors and battlemages who have to brutally train to survive boss fights. I find out that I'm especially good at crushing magic and I take down some armored monstrosity that looks like the Chain Chomp from Mario 64 crossed with Smough from Dark Souls. Also, for some reason, I wear a white cowl and full body burqa and have a romance with some Draco Malfoy-esque douchebag.

This is why you don't eat a Hot Pocket before bed.

I was having some trippy dreampunk-type dreams last night, and there was a bit right before I woke up that struck me as pretty funny and sweet.

I was having some kind of repeated-life experience where at the end of my life I'd start back over as a baby, but I was able to retain some memory of at least one previous life. This nearly amounts to knowing the future, but the more you do differently, the less you'll know because the future will diverge from your previous life.

There was a woman I was meeting for the first time. I knew that in my previous life we'd been married, and it had started with watching this particular movie together. But I was giving too much away and on the verge of scaring her off by saying stuff like this:

"When you saw this before [the movie], it was a big deal. We loved each other—it! … It was a date; we saw it together."

I hate it when I dream I am mad at someone and then wake up and am still mad because the situation in the dream wasn't resolved.

I don't want to be mad at people who don't exist for things that never happened! And yet here we are. :dragn_blanket_grumpy:

Folks, I need to share a nightmare I had last night. I dreamed that me and the partner went to get a couple of rats, and they looked like girls upon first inspection, then 2 hours later, there was a nutsack on each of the rats. All of the pre-existing rats were girls. Add to that, I am trying to figure that problem out, and three more mystery rats just appear out of nowhere.

I rarely remember my dreams upon waking. Don’t know if this means anything.

I went to sleep last night and found myself sharing an Uber to a shopping mall in Colorado with my best friend and Donald Trump 🤢 . My friend and I were going to see a financial analyst and then a Chinese doctor. Afterwards, I was promised a trip to the Dairy Queen.

Maybe no more turkey kielbasa for dinner at chez Miasma for awhile...
