I really dislike all these distros moving their support to Discord and not installing an online, searchable forum. If it's not searchable via a search engine and free to read, the answer does not exist in my book.

@kris_of_pnictogen Not literally, no. I do not believe in such things. But of the two times I've gone to the island to bike I have not had a good time for various reasons. Consequently, I don't often have the desire to go.

Hopefully this positive experience will encourage me to head there more often. It is such a beautiful park.

BTW, this is the first time I went to Belle Isle to cycle and did not have anything bad happen! I feel like a curse may have been lifted.

Possibly a false alarm. Looks like the PA is getting torn down. Maybe they had something going while I was at work today? Which if that was the case, it totally was not my problem.

@kris_of_pnictogen I get the instinct, so no worries.

I work early though and go to bed early. The houses here are old and close together, so if they are blasting music after 10, I may have to get the city involved.

Also, not gonna go into the backstory, but this is the only neighbor I've had any issues with in my 40+ years of living here. I'd be willing to give just about anyone else some slack, but not these folks.

@kris_of_pnictogen Not so much concerned about the why honestly. mostly just concerned about how loud and how late.

7:15 on a weeknight and my neighbor is setting up and testing an outdoor PA system. I have.... concerns.
