Mygraine Story
I’ve had migraine since I was 7. As a tween my symptoms morphed from classic pain nausea to hemipeligic/one sided weakness and stammer. Those symptoms were punished as attention seeking behavior. As an adult when I brought those symptoms up to docs they’d say it was cause I was tired. I endured headaches. I didn't get my migraine treated until it converted from chronic to continuous. Wish I'd have gotten it treated before that happened.

Dug up some old vaccination paper work w/ MMR info on. Now to contact my doc’s office to see if I need to get a booster. If I do need a booster I’ll get it for sure. The more vaccines in me the safer I feel going without a mask sometimes.

Got a doctor appointment tomorrow at a big busy practice in a hospital. Next to my bag I have fresh clean new mask ready to wear. I don't want to catch the flu which is kicking butt and taking names this year.

OK did the one big thing for today then took a nurctec for the migraine bright lights gave me. Nurtec is one of my fave migraine meds.

Ketorolac injections work awesome too but are tough on the tummy and shots are an icky pain.

Once I got disabled I went from a human doing to a human being.

Yesterday's planned outing changed - original idea totally over ridden by other stuff that was quite awesome and unexpected

got a big day out with much walking, some in the cold, planned. Now doing all the things to my arthritic knee so I can play and go yay as well as doing the regular stuff so I will stay regulated.
