Last week was a good week for #orchid discoveries. Found a lone Highland Golden Moth on my trip. Such a lovely and vibrant yellow!

A single Highland Golden Moth Orchid. The plant has two bright yellow flowers. They are named so as the flowers look like a moth in flight with two elongated petals to either side, representing wings and two more in the middle representing the body. The lower one drooping downward

Passing through a field of everlastings, hard to pass up taking a few photos.

A new species for me, so happy I managed to find one! The Brown-Clubbed Spider-Orchid. Very pretty specimen this one, quite unique too.

@Broadfork i can assure you that my lower legs are acutely aware of how sharp his teeth are!

We've been using a little spray bottle, it's working quite well

Caladenia Fuscata - Dusky Fingers

Found as part of a quite impressive colony, lovely to see the plants doing well. The vibrant pink on them is really something to behold.

Was a good week for #birdsofprey , plenty of Kites, Kestrels and Eagles. The only decent photos I managed was of this Brown Falcon taking off in the afternoon light looking for one last snack before bed time.
