@hostilearchitecture Going for BIG NUMBER is a lot of fun, and when it comes to PFS you have to be more self-reliant with random party compositions.
I frequently come across players feeling the class can only spellstrike, a perception that it's repetitive and selfish- but these folks always ignore that this is a martial with access to the most versatile spell list in the game!
Grease! Gravitational Pull! Goblin Pox! RUNIC WEAPON! LOOSE TIME'S ARROW!
A Magus can easily turn allied martials into a blender then join in for far, far more cumulative damage than attempting to spellstrike every turn.
Not mention you have a few feats that allow you to keep a damage spell ready without sacrificing precious slots for buffs. (Fused Staff, Standby Spell, Striker's scroll)
Big Number YES, but folks should never forget the incredible flexibility offered to a magus.
... also sparkling targe with expanded spellstrike can block their own fireball. Just putting that out there :3

I love #AMD gpus- acknowledging they're a far cry from 'set and forget'... but the Adrenalin software can chill trying to automatically overclock my card beyond the manufacturer's posted limits! I thought my card was defective until I noticed it was getting pushed to **3060mhz**, well over the intended 2615mhz boost!
