The pearly-eyed thrasher, a bird common to the US Virgin Islands. They are often inquisitive and bold, and always looking for any food humans might have to offer.

An up-close portrait of a pearly-eyed thrasher, a bird slightly larger than a robin with a brown head, brown and white streaked chest, and white underbelly. It is standing on a white railing facing the camera with its head turned to the side. There is green foliage in the background

Up close with destruction. 🛑🐋
During the past weeks, our crew got just meters away from the massive krill trawlers operating deep inside the critical ecosystems of #Antarctica. Our media and science teams worked side by side - documenting, filming, collecting evidence - all with one goal: to expose the true impact of industrial krill fishing and push for the protection of these vulnerable waters through a Marine Protected Area.

It’s not just about what these trawlers are taking - it’s about what they’re breaking❗️
Their catch sets off a domino effect you can’t see from the surface. 🌎

Want to know what’s really at stake, and how, together, we can #StopThePlunder before it’s too late?
