Fixed! I created a custom spell to blind in an area and cast sanctuary on self. I tested it by attacking the Mage's guild and survived for a good while taking hits! (I guess they run out of magika quick too!)

Good luck to the next Dremora to run into me! I also have a pile of enchanted arrows and my skill with the bow is high and buffed! I take out the cliff racers before they even see me!

Tonight in #Morrowind I created a permanent bound set!

I guess I was so excited to see that I could, I didn't think about if I should. 😂

I've been working on unarmored but it's a light armor set. Now I actually get hit.

Enchanting can be fun even though it can also be difficult.

My alchemy in #Morrowind is getting serious. I've started making my own recipes and naming them. I use Google Keep for my recipe book haha.

I'm also starting to experiment with spell making (and then testing it on the Mage's Guild). Spell making is SO FUN.

A steady rain has moved into the DC area. Visibility is not great. Whoever ordered it to rain on his parade, <chef's kiss>

Playing vanilla #morrowind now with the MW patch as a mage/stealth archer.

My quest rewards are starting to get interesting! Every item I get switches up my play style a little bit. My character is level 17! I'm doing Mage guild and House Telvanni quests, but I also joined the Imperial cult and the thieves guild. The last two of which I can't even progress in because I lack some skills and the interest in those skills.

I am having so much fun with this character. I want to make sure that I can play this file through the game plus expansions and maybe Tamriel Rebuilt.

Updated my vanilla #Morrowind on #SteamDeck with the patch today. It was easier than I thought and it fixes some things that were bugging me. Like now I can toggle sneak! Which is great since it is one of my minor skills that was being wasted previously.

The patch also adds some quality of play fixes like being able to grab everything out of a container with one button or to put away a notched arrow.

Last night I picked up the Amulet of Shadows. 😼 I know it can be game breaking, but I'm just a weak little mage. I won't be using it for theft.

Playing unpatched #Morrowind on the #steamdeck as a mage!

This morning I took out a dremora! As a mage, this is difficult , but I am also a Breton. 😸

The tactic is to paralyze him, weaken him to fire, then use my custom fire arrow spell. I drink two potions- custom restore health and restore magika.

I took him down and all I got was a heavy axe.

Our library has opened a stick library. I needed you to know this.

I'm starting to be able to craft some custom spells that actually have the chance to work.

Also advanced in the Blades and the Mage's guild. I've decided to focus more on conjuration which I unfortunately set as a minor skill. What was I thinking? (Probably that I always end up relying on summoning. But it's not true because in #Oblivion, I am relying on illusion.) 😂

I am on a #morrowind kick right now. It's such an easy world to fall into! I'm playing straight up vanilla, bugs and all, on #SteamDeck

But I am also still on #Oblivion too. I made it past "aid for Bruma" and I'm on to Paradise!

The difference in games is so funny. When I go back to Oblivion, I move so fast I run into walls! I am a sneaky mage abusing chameleon. In Morrowind, I'm a slow and careful mage still building her skills. After nearly 40 hours, I'm level 5. 😮‍💨
