I 'm not sure if I mentioned this here: this Friday a group of ProKanban.org trainers is organizing a community meetup with a few lightning talks and an open space around Kanban and flow in Prague. If you are in the area, it would be great to have you there. The ticket costs 50 Euro and includes snacks and coffee / tea / water and as much after-work beers (or other drinks of your choice) as we can afford with the money left over.

haengengeblieben ist mir das sozialexperiment (ab min 44:00)
da ging es um autokratische vs. demokratische. bisschen wie in

jedenfalls, dass die strukturen hin zu autokratischeren flotter einschnappen, als die autokraten mit der selbstorganisation klarkommen. irgendwie bekannt, und dennoch erklaerts vieles.
