I know I haven't been very active here lately but I'm kinda waiting for the app to release. I'm hoping it really helps this community grow and I think it will. A lot of folks probably haven't heard of pixelfed and an app on the iPhone app store will change that. Even more if there gets to be one on android as well. Here is a sideways nissan 350z though.

I really didn't use anything to protect myself, I just kept a safe distance back and used a zoom lens. I've worked in a lot of shops with this type of stuff going on so I felt right at home almost. In order to protect my camera though, I kept it down behind the work table and poked it out only to shoot. Also, to protect it, I kept my angle to where the weld point was blocked by equipment or the part itself.

My first time seeing this car out on course! Always glad to see newcomers to the sport or just new to our region! Our club sure has seen a lot of new competitors this season but unfortunately a lot of the club from last season aren’t running nearly as much this season. Hopefully I get to see them soon!
