Hmm it looks like the MyID App on iPhone it utterly borked at the moment.

Launch it, it does a FaceID verification, then instant crashes.

App Store reviews seem to suggest it’s been broken since the last release which was ... *checks notes* ... one month ago 🤦🏻‍♂️

That's a pretty pathetic timeframe to release a fix for an app that is completely broken..

I’m now quite happy I got flu and covid shots a month ago!

I've caved in and turned the heater on in my office

@gsymon strangely once I got TM to try and backup again it did send a notification that it had failed, but a second attempt worked.

I can only assume I missed the first notification of an error 🤷🏻‍♂️

However it's annoying that it just "gave up" and didn't keep retrying by itself. Even if it failed again and again at least I might have noticed subsequent notifications
