- Now, do I see only positives in #AI? Of course not. I don't think I'm making such a simplifications as the out-of-principle haters. Am I happy for sparkling water company to work on AI integration while projects like making the water actually drinkable are defunded? Of course not. Am I happy about the extraction of the intellectual property and crippling of some industries? Absolutely not (apart from #IT). Am I amused by the ^^ electricity usage? En-scale, not. I. Do. See. The. Flaws.
- Out-of-principle haters of #AI working in #IT should just grow the fuck up and stop using dated arguments of "glue on pizza" or similar. You're not amusing anyone who is *actually* using those tools. Those anecdotes were true & fun at a time, time to move on. The "nobody wants" claims are childish and simply not true. I do "want". At the current state of IT, I would love to never have to interact with technology in other way than through AI ever again.
