Today we’re quietly (and finally!) opening up Railfinder to the public! This is our beta version and - hopefully - the first step towards that one booking site for trains across Europe that we all dream of.

AutoCAD läuft schonmal. Etwas rucklig, aber läuft!

Dann teste ich mal ob ProVI und AutoCAD auch in einer Windows 11 Virtual Box auf Ubuntu läuft.
Was man eben so macht, weil irgendwer mal entschieden hat, dass sämtliche deutsche Bahnsoftware auf Microsoft Produkten aufbaut.

Der Shadow Library Uptime Monitor (SLUM) ist eine Seite, die bekannte Schattenbibliotheken und deren Mirror-Seiten anzeigt und auch, ob sie gerade online sind, damit euch so etwas wie mir nicht passiert.

Das bringt endlich einen vernünftigen Präsentationsmodus für PDFs :blobcatlove:.
Timer, Notizen, Folienübersicht,... Alles dabei, gibts für alle Plattformen und ist vollständig konfigurierbar.

Notizen können bspw auch direkt in LaTeX/Beamer oder Typst erstellt werden.

Genau das hätte ich schon länger gebraucht. Großartig.

@kryslautern I did this with my parents a few years ago. They were surprisingly easy to convince and deleted WhatsApp immediately. That wasn't even the goal. I just wanted them to use Signal too, but I'm not complaining :blobcatmmm:
They made it clear to their siblings and friends: if you want to write to us, you have to use Signal.

Prompts already won.
