@darrylyong yes they are not directly used in promotion decisions but staff can include them when applying to help evidence reflection on their teaching practice. I agree regarding the issues with bias, but am interested in why you think they should correlate with student attainment/performance? For example students might perform poorly in a very well taught course, and vice versa?

Hi #rstats community - I teach stats and R programming to undergraduate students at a UK university. I am always on the lookout for internships and studentships I can encourage my students to apply for to keep developing.
At the start of another academic year I would love recommendations and suggestions?

I often hear A.I. 'experts' talk about the 3 things that we previously said wouldn't allow A.I. to do when it becomes advanced. I don't see specific reference to it in the usual places (Russell, Tegmark, Kurzweil, Christian)

3. access the internet

Does anyone know a specific source for this?
