It's rather fitting that, less than 24 hours after David Lynch''s passing, the SEVERANCE S2 premiere features many shots of a dark haired guy wandering around corridors. Which was, of course, a visual specialty of the jaw-droppingly terrific S2 finale of TWIN PEAKS. There is no doubt in my mind that generations of future filmmakers will still be richly influenced by him. His work is already classic and part of the canon.

I don't think I've ever felt more personally attacked by the country I served than I do right now watching so many people vote for a man that is blatantly antithetical to so many things I care about that make this country great.
