I've been zooming in and exploring the interactive web viewer for the James Webb telescope's new deep field view. According to Anton Petrov's new video on this, there's about 800,000 galaxies(!) in this view, which is a tiny fraction of the whole night sky.

Our universe is insanely HUGE!

It's also incredible that everyone can explore these massive images on our browsers. Thanks to the astonomers that made this possible.

@xinit @collectifission I nuked all Meta regardless of WhatsApp neighbour or other groups. The inlaws are not on Signal. Too bad, but all other people I message with have moved or are at least on Signal. Just pull the plug 🙂 I sent messages that I was moving away from Meta starting a month before giving people time and options (Signal, Threema, Matrix, SMS, smoke signals) and then I just deleted my WA account.
Schools etc shouldn't use WhatsApp groups anyway.
