We cyclists cannot use sidewalks and have to risk life by enduring aggressive drivers on the roads, while drivers like this are standing on sidewalks? I experienced difficulty passing that car while carrying shopping, afraid of possibly stumbling. I think the police is untrustworthy and useless, therefore I didn't send a formal complaint.
