I think the most tragic aspect of deploying "AI" in teaching and learning situations is how much it pushes people into a situation of learned helplessness. This constant feeling of not knowing how to do a thing of being incapable of actually doing work on one's tasks is mentally so harmful. How do people under those conditions gain confidence in their abilities? Like ever?

After nearly 4 years of perfect and reliable service, rsync.net decided to break the #backup of my multi-#container application. This application uses the rsync.net service to store its backups.

rsync.net make a command line argument mandatory, that is not available in a #Docker environment.

Luckily, there are other providers. There, you may, but are you not enforced to specify a #Borg version with the additional argument.

I so much dislike this screen. You want to turn off your VM and #Windows doesn't allow you to do so, because a fat and slow update is loaded. Despite all assurances from #Microsoft to streamline the #update process.
