Just a few days ago, the second game (that I know of) using textures and materials made with Material Maker was released: "Zefyr: A Thief's Melody" by Oneiric Worlds, a truly dedicated solo dev who poured his heart into this project.

@chaosresearchparty you don't need 50 years. Just read IQ's articles, watch all of Freya Holmer's videos and you'll know all you need.
@chaosresearchparty If you want math investigation, just select any node, hit Control-W and use the pencil button to edit it and see the shader code. ;)
Material Maker now has a first beta for 1.4.
We will now focus on bug fixes until final is ready (but there might still be a few new features, because, why not?).

@Butterbee Ooooh, OK, I thought it has just vanished. Well, you could still delete your user config to get the default layout.
