We've just released Rosenpass v0.2.2!

This version fixes following vulnerability (reported by @aparcar OSK is set or written again on some exchanges. The root cause was found to that when a responder receives a re-transmitted InitConf message during a handshake, the OSK is set again. This is fixed by setting the OSK only when the responder receives a new biscuit number.

First crypto paper where I am coauthor. X-Wing: A hybrid KEM from x25519 and ML-KEM.

Very efficiently provides post-quantum security AND classical security; i.e. it guards against potential cryptographic bugs in new, fancy post-quantum crypto.
