Sind hier auch VPN Experten? Ich habe auf einem VServer Wireguard-Easy laufen. Mit einem Router (RUTX50) und einem Client kann ich mich damit verbinden. Mit dem Client komm ich mit 10.8.0.2 auf die Weboberfläche vom Router. Wie komm ich jetzt auf die Geräte (Nas, Kamera,..) hinterm Router?

You need to tell #Wireguard you've added new configurations - updating the configuration file alone isn't enough!

I did feel like an idiot when it didn't work on the first go, but once I'd told the server about the new client it then did work perfectly as it's supposed to!

#RethinkDNS bereitet mir unter #GrapheneOS seit einigen Tagen Probleme mit #Wireguard. Bisher hatte ich erfolgreich den Modus für Fortgeschrittene mit mehreren Profilen über #Mullvad angewandt. Doch seit kurzem habe ich ständig Verbindungsabbrüche zum Internet. Im einfachen Modus laufen alle Apps über einen Server von Mullvad - bis jetzt problemlos. Wo liegt hierbei das Problem?

More progress in setting up #talos and #kubernetes!

Because my provider, Netcup, doesn't have a firewall in front of the #vps, I want to set up a #wireguard server to secure things, but that requires storage. Last time I finally got talos to split the SSD into volumes, one part for ephemeral talos, and the rest for #ceph and #ceph-rook.

But for that to work, I also had to do something with #fluxcd (at least as part of the guide I'm following). I think it's working! There's still more to do as far as cleanup and continuing, but I should be able to get #kustomize working soon!

Then, I'll follow more setup steps so that I can finally do what I could have done with #docker on regular #linux lol.

Um NTP Problemen auf einigen unserer Router auf die Schliche zu kommen, haben wir ein bisschen gebastelt.

Die Router evaluieren mit der kommenden Beta ihren aktuellen "Stratum"-Level, also wie viele Zeitserver zwischen Ihnen und einer sehr präzisen Uhr liegen.

Ist dieser zu hoch, vermerken die Geräte keine ausreichende Verbindung zu einer solchen zu haben.

Eine gültige Zeit ist in unserem Netz eine Notwendigkeit, um die VPN Verbindungen zu unseren Servern aufzubauen.

Im nächsten Schritt werden wir evaluieren, ob die aktuelle Auswertung präzise genug ist, um die Fehlerfälle automatisch zu erkennen.
