A week exploring our beautiful coastline here in south Wales. More work than play but having spent so much of my time in the mountains, I forget how wonderful it is to breath in the sea air and trot home looking so bloody windswept and interesting 🌊😊

Today it's exactly 50 years ago that one of the most influential albums of all time was released. The album was considered groundbreaking, both musically and as a piece of art. It's still one of the most collected and valued albums.

In the furthest eastern tip of Switzerland is the Val Müstair. While we were running in Graubünden last year for our new mini-guide to the region, a few locals showed us their favorite trails in the Lai da Rims area. We fell in love with this place for the #trailrunning, the place and the vibe. The run they shared was a top pick of among all the trails we ran in the Graubünden, but above it was even more terrain that we can't wait to get back to. Ridges, so many ridges.
