@mbpaz thanks for the advice, so far I have no problem. It definitely changes how the motocycle behave but I got used to it
I don't ride crazy in duo so it's fine :)
Looking for advice from fellow #motorcycle riders ✌️
I'm riding a Kawasaki Versys 650 in duo, but my passenger is finding the seat too slippy and has to fight all the time with his legs to not slide forward.
I chose this bike because its seat has room for two people, especially for one tall guy behind me.
Any advice to improve his journey? I found some gear to add to the saddle, looking like a mesh net to make it less slippy, I don't know if it's effective.
@solenepercent this (running a command on a power disconnect event) could be achieved on #OpenBSD using apmd hooks

How to trigger a command on Linux when disconnected from power
In this blog post, you will learn how to trigger a command when a laptop is disconnected from power supply

nanotodon on #OpenBSD/luna88k is showing an image using the sixel format.
@justine there is something weird with emojis in some program, they don't show up, and so far nobody found why or a workaround :(
@lndn you can find information about this old protocol :)
@thinkberg which one?
@thinkberg @DianeBruce so, it was an allowed IP problem after all :flan_wink:
glad you solved it!
@oook :flan_XD:
@lndn gopher is a protocol, having an account does not really make sense? What did you mean?
@thinkberg this mean you have a wrong "allowed IP addresses" in your config
@jeanmimi I repaired it today!
When my blog over https is down, I get messages about it.
I never get private messages about my gopher blog.
Does it mean gopher is more reliable, or that nobody reads it? 🙃

My blog turned 9 years old! :flan_ooh:
@Wintermute_BBS I used NetBSD as my email server for a few years (it was 13 years ago), I tried a few times on a spare laptop to see if I could use it as a daily driver. Unfortunately, I never got the thing with NetBSD.
They have a small team but can bring new features on each releases, but it often feels half baked or not tested enough compared to OpenBSD or FreeBSD. It's ok for a server, if pkgsrc has what you need, but I never enjoyed it for a desktop, it was too clunky.
Of course, I don't say NetBSD is bad, only that in my experience and use case, it didn't work well for desktop usage.
Power consumption and performance notes of a modified #fanless Fujitsu FUTRO S930 using #Debian, #FreeBSD, #OpenBSD and #OmniOS in the context of a #HomeLab.
EDIT: I received my Type-C To DC Male Jack Plug adapter, can confirm the S930 can be powered with USB-C and updated the post accordingly.
Enjoy! #SelfHost #SelfHosting #RunBSD

@angel should be good now :)
