PDF Toolkit aka `pdftk` has been removed from the Debian repositories.

Today, I used an alternative GUI application called PDF Arranger to split, rotate and join some pages in a PDF from a scan.

Gnome's PDF viewer (evince) can do rotation by itself, but not the rest.

Habe mir #omarchy #Linux heruntergeladen. Mit 6,2 GB die bislang dickste Distro. Danach sollte noch #MXLinux als #Debian Alternative aufs Notebook wandern, doch brach der Download wegen "Datenträger voll" ab. WAS?!!!? Nicht mit meinen Daten. Das können nur temporäre Dateien von #pacman #pikaur oder sonstwas sein. Damit war mein Geduldsfaden gerissen … "ein Mann sieht rot".

Bin dann Einkaufen gefahren. Sonnenschein und kalte Luft kühlten das Gemüt wieder runter 😎

Nach Aufräumen der Festplatte tröpfelte MXLinux langsam rein. Abgebrochen! Habe noch andere versucht, aber mal ehrlich: ihr könnt euch eure #sourceforge Downloads sonstwo hinstecken 🤬 🤯

Yes makes perfect sense. Installing #Arch, or even #Debian with its installer, is not a very good choice for newcomers. Distros with #Calamares are the best to start with.

Interesting that you would choose to use #Manjaro instead of vanilla #Arch. I always find myself prefer to go to the upstream distro just to make sure I build the system up form the the ground. For example using #Debian I usually go from #debootstrap to install basic minimal system, which is quite similar to the Arch install process.
