Basically some tire tracks going across a lawn and a driveway ending at a smashed up utility box of some kind. But really there is so much mystery. For additional context, the road I found this on is impressively straight so I really can't imagine what had to transpire to cause the vehicle to veer off the road. Intoxication? Avoiding something? A teen driving an overpowered truck? We can only ever know part of the story.

Went to see the Danzig house because that's the kind of tourist I am.

Pee-Wee Herman's start on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. The star has his name and a cinema camera medallion in a pink granite star with a gold outline which is in a black granite square. I don't know if it's actually granite though. You can see my shoes a bit too.

I've been obsessed with the book Cadillac Desert lately so I went on a nice ride to photograph some bike-accessible water infrastructure. I suspect this will become a larger project for me. It's exciting to have a bit of direction (which is generally not how I do things).

A black and white photograph looking west across the Willamette river at the NW Portland skyline. In the foreground is an old grain structure for loading ships and though that structure is a small, old, abandoned building across the river with large graffiti down the side saying "Zwon" and "Monk" the words being possibly 30-40 feet tall.

Holy hell Mogwai was great the other night. Nothing more needs to be said really.

I was reminded that this is the 10 year anniversary of having my bike. It's been a cool decade of at least 60000 miles. Here's some of my favorite moments, and I'm looking forward to the next 10.
