@em my sleeps have been pretty good lately, thanks.
@Cetraria @vlrny no, they came out every two years five times and at 13 they said I'd grown out of the problem and didnt need them anymore. I don't think I'm 100% normal, my right ear always feels slightly plugged and doesnt hear as well but I got hearing tested a couple times and was told it was in the lower end of normal range. Would be good to get another test soon.
@em yep! Now got a pile of weeds and twigs to back garden into compost.
Volunteer with tombola today at party in the park so I'm exhausted.
@vlrny actually I've recently started to notice headaches just starting and I've noticed they start on the right side of my forehead. And catching them early it's more likely I can keep them small with hydration or relaxing.
It's interesting what we notice when we pay more attention.
@vlrny yes, with long covid I've become much more sensitive to changes in my body and mind and try to take action earlier. It does help.
@MrInquisitve got the pile of weeds and twigs put of the front and into the compost area yesterday.

@lauratje86 I'm good at beginning gardening but struggle with maintenance. However, I think that might improve with other household things being better maintained. And a lot of what we've been planting recently is perennial flowers so much less maintenance. I would like more veggies though in future.

@allysseriordan having a garden to enjoy is so helpful.
@allysseriordan I think my partner's had mild CFS for years but we didnt realise. I think the being a light smoker helped but obviously bad for lungs so he vapes now. He has a support worker which is helping.
@allysseriordan I wouldn't call our garden big but it's a reasonable size, especially for where we live where all the gardens are different sizes. It has potential.
@allysseriordan indeed. And we started several things before covid when we were well. Drainage and greenhouse and compost were finished before covid. Already we were underestimating how long things take. We then had a rental house that needed a lot of work. Then got long covid. So any metal rubbish from that, car work, clearing out broken or old tech from our house just went out back. Maintenance of garden and house didnt happen. So we are now playing catch up from the last 5-10 years.
So we have got a lot of the rubbish gone. I've moved some to the remaining pile from elsewhere. Finally getting somewhere. Garden is looking bigger.
