Section 2 - not enforced against proven gerrymandered Alabama in 2025, or voter-purging Florida in 2008

Sections 3 (and 5, in dicta)- Insurrectionist are forever free to hold high office

Section 4 - see Biden v Nebraska and next term they will explicitly rule that the debt ceiling is void
