@book_wayfarer Fortunately (for me), I don't use the social features of #Goodreads that much. I follow some people, but I don't really interact with them, so it's easier for me to ditch GR 😅 . I've decided that when I finish the 2 books that I'm currently reading, I'll delete my account. Then I'll use only #TheStoryGraph (while checking the evolution of #Bookwyrm).

Didn't knew about #ItalicType and #Anobii. I'll check them out, thanks! :D

@Deebster@beehaw.org I used to use #Anobii as well, it was far better than #Goodreads in its early days, unfortunately, the latter overtook them. Now, most of my shelves are on Goodreads.

You can go self-hosting mode. You can self-host #BookWyrm, or the traditional, ever reliable, #Calibre. ^_^ I no longer use Calibre because Goodreads.

On the BookWyrm side of things, it can import your books from Goodreads.
