Music.... the process or the product?
Pretty sure I spend more time on sound design, exploratory "Noise Architecture" ventures as it were, just exploring sound and the perceived spaces in-between, than I do actually writing or performing "music" as most would call it.
In that way, the majority of my listening time has little to nothing to do with "music", and while it does hold a creative relation, it really doesn't even sound much like any of the "music" I've ever released or publicly performed.
There's a product of the process that frequently hits public, but personal preference and time devotion is toward the process and not dwelling on the product.
