My school's president & Provost, after years of obstruction, secrecy, and misinformation about finances and other critical information (based on which they have eliminated positions, increased workloads, and made lots of people very unhappy), have reluctantly agreed to create a "secure web portal" sometime in the future to share some data.
We're a public university, funded and owned by the citizens of the state. This information should be automatically, with no human intervention, fed to a page on the open web.
Nobody hates transparency as much as public servants.
[Note: we had more transparency until about 3 years ago, when a colleague and I created an analysis of spending by the administration, after which the Provost cancelled the service that allowed faculty to see any university financial info, so I guess I'm proudly responsible for that]

Für jedes Menschy, dass beim Lesen von "Helfer*innen" sagt oder denkt "boah, warum schreibt der so komisch? Er könnte auch einfach 'Helfer' sagen" (+ ggf. zusätzlich: "nö, da lese ich jetzt gar nicht weiter, das lehne ich ab!") , gibt es mindestens ein Menschy, das denkt "schön, dass auch ich angesprochen werde.";
oder sich halt einfach gar nix denken muss (insbesondere nicht: "warum werde ich schon wieder sprachlich ausgeschlossen?" ). Weil es einfach ganz normal ist. #BareMinimum

I got rid of my #employee last week.
Quick take, I can't abide a "#bareminimum only" attitude, especially when it has frequently fallen short of even that, and once could have killed a client's pet.
So now the #unemployment system is involved, as can be expected.
They're far more interested in my side of the story than I assumed they'd be.
On review, I found that I was correcting this guy 3.5 times PER MONTH and having to repeat myself!
I knew this was going badly, but... wow.
