No mention in this lazy pop-tech piece citing (poached from) only a single secondary source that the ban is a requirement of legislation upheld by the Supreme Court.

By framing the ban as entirely a creation of Trump's febrile brain and his decrees, this publication is happily legitimizing his lies and providing scaffolding to the dictatorial edifice he's building.
