Is there a #BirdMastodon ? We’ve got a woodpecker who has decided he wants to drill holes in our deck. There are four trees in the yard but he wants the deck (heh heh). When Husband scared him off he went for the neighbors’ deck.

About the time I start thinking it's been too long since I took a photo of a particular subject I wind up with an opportunity to photograph that very subject like this black-capped chickadee. They're such adorable little birds & in constant motion. They're also one of the first birds that I was able to ID by sound & they have a sweet song & very calming calls.
